Bhama started her film career in 2007 through Nivedyam directed by Lohithadas. Before her entry to film industry, she was doing a matrimonial programme on television titled Thaali. Lohithadas spotted her in the programme and cast her in Nivedyam. Her second film was Hareendran Oru Nishkalankan directed by Vinayan, in which she was cast opposite Manikuttan. She paired with Vineeth Sreenivasan in Cycle directed by Johnny Antony. The film was a major success.
